  • Spearheaded enzyme production scale-up from proof-of-concept to pilot scale, transitioning from 1L shaker flasks to 50L+ fermenter runs within aggressive timelines
  • Evaluated 10+ contract manufacturing providers; negotiated and managed agreements with domestic and international suppliers to meet target enzyme yield and purity specifications
  • Coordinated protein engineering, strain optimisation, and purification protocol development with international partners
  • Optimised purification workflows balancing purity, yield, and cost-efficiency – including designing validation studies to establish product purity thresholds
